Pinky Bassan's dedication to education traces back to 1989, when she established Kaunda Playgroup. After successfully managing Kaunda for a decade, Pinky actively participated in the Social Committee at ISM.

Her personal connection to AMIS is profound, as her father played a pivotal role as one of its founding members, always desiring her involvement in the school. The influence of her father's work, combined with her own experiences, has shaped Pinky's perspective on education, emphasizing the significance of both learning and creating a conducive environment.

Her contributions extend to the HR and Building committees, where she collaborates with teams to actualize AMIS's vision.
